Our Wild Coho Filets are so bright they shimmer. These silvers have a tangy, mild flavor and delightfully firm texture.

We start with wild Kings and Cohos and slow smoke them with alder wood using a secret brew of brown sugar and salt. We never use additives or preservatives of any kind, relying instead on the quality of the wild salmon for the best results.
Alaska Black Cod
Vacuum sealed, portioned filets, approx. 5 oz

Considered a delicacy in food cultures around the world, Black Cod, or Sablefish, has a high oil content, delicate flavor and silky-smooth texture. Black Cod turns a meal into a memory.

Ventresca – the fattiest section of the underside of wild Albacore, this is the prime cut of the fish. With exceptional flavor and buttery texture, it is high in demand and low in supply.
Every one hundred cans of Albacore that we process yields only two cans of Ventresca.

Shipping
We ship cases of canned Salmon, Albacore and Ventresca via the US Postal Service, flat rate. Approximate delivery time is three days. Customers receive tracking information at the time of shipping.
We no longer ship frozen fish in individual FedEx boxes.
​
This practice became unworkable due to the associated waste of packaging materials such as Styrofoam, plastic wrap and dry ice. We regret any inconvenience to our customers and trust you understand.
